As part of the Tolerance Week — 2023, the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center hosted the event «People as People: Meeting with Alexander Pohilko» on November 13.
Alexander, an artist, motivational coach, athlete, activist and member of the inclusive team"People IN", talked to the guests of the event about the most important and difficult thing — how to choose to be a human in any circumstances.
At the meeting, they talked about how to talk to people with disabilities and about disability, why we exactly decide who and how to be every minute of our lives, how not to be arrogant to challenge difficulties and not to distance ourselves from people.
And, of course, the topic of socio-cultural projects was touched upon, the creation of which will help make the world more accessible. At the meeting, they reflected on how to prepare events in such a way that humanity from an abstract concept became accessible and an absolute value.
