Knowledge of Russian sign language is an actual and important professional skill that will help make culture accessible to people with hearing impairment.
The program starts on September 2 and is intended for specialists of cultural institutions providing primary communication and services to visitors. The level consists of 3 modules (1 module = 1 month).
Topics of the level: the device of gesture, parts of speech, grammar and syntax of sign language, dactylology; frequently used gestures indicating things, questions, numbers, time, people, furniture, colors, weather, transport, as well as a number of meetings about the specifics of cultural institutions and the provision of services in them.
In modules 1 and 2, participants will learn communication skills on topics in an on-line format. Each meeting will end with a practical part. In the 3rd module, in off-line format, the acquired skills will be honed in the format of practical interaction with elements of acting.
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate of completion.
