Is a program for revealing the potential and development of competencies for people with visual disabilities to solve socially significant problems in Moscow.
Blind participants will gain new knowledge and skills from modern specialists and launch their own socially significant project.
People with visual disabilities (mainly of groups I and II) who live or work in the Moscow region.
Stage 1: Research of the target audience. The organizers conduct a sociological survey, in-depth interviews and a creative task, after which they will select participants to pass to the next step.
Stage 2: Social Projects. Teams will be formed from active survey participants. They will gain social projecting skills, improve their competencies, and work on their projects during the summer. Participants will receive a series of master classes, lectures and workshops from existing specialists and experts. As a result, each team will determine the most interesting current problem for it, formulate its own solution and formalize it in the form of a ready-made draft for grant application.
Stage 3: Project implementation. Over the next months, the teams will implement their projects. The organizers will monitor the work process and the progress of the participants. At the end of the year, we will sum up the results of the implemented projects, the efficiency of decisions made, as well as the level of new competencies, knowledge and skills acquired by the participants.
