Activists of the volunteer center «PeopleIN» were awarded with letters of thanks and memorable gifts
On January 12, all friends of the museum gathered at the Nikolai Ostrovsky State Museum and Cultural Center «Integration» on Tverskaya Street, 14, according to tradition, to celebrate the Old New Year together.

Volunteers take an active part of the museum and the center life and help to implement various inclusive ideas and projects, making the cultural sphere accessible to people with diverse needs. At the beginning of the event, all the guests turned out to be spectators of the play «Box with pencils» in Russian sign language from the theater of professional deaf actors «Nedoslov» and learned several new words in RSL. After that, the guests were given an author’s tour of the «Igor Shirshkov’s Laboratory» exhibition.

During the furshet, which was held to live music from the participants of the inclusive project «Concert in the dark. Inclusion» activists were able to meet friends of the museum, get new connections and take part in the lottery.
Since the opening of the partner volunteer center at the end of 2021, more than 218 good deeds have been implemented. This is almost 3,500 volunteer hours.
