This personal data privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the privacy policy) applies to all information posted on the Official website of the Autonomous non — profit organization «Center for socio-cultural programs «People IN» (ANO «CSP «PEOPLE IN») on the Internet at https://peoplein.ru (more — on the Site), and all its satellite sites, services, programs and products that are placed on the main site or indicated on it as active links for navigation, which the Site administration and site visitors can get about the User while using the Site, its services, programs and products.
Using the Site’s services means that the User unconditionally agrees with this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal data specified in it; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the services.
ANO «CSP «PEOPLE IN» undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Client. It is not considered a violation to provide information to persons acting on the basis of an agreement with ANO «CSP «PEOPLE IN» to fulfil their obligations to the Client. ANO «CSP «PEOPLE IN» provides access to the Client’s personal data only to those employees, contractors and agents who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Site and provide services to the Client.
The Client’s personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. ANO «CSP «PEOPLE IN» processes the Client’s personal data for the purpose of providing services to the Client, checking, research and analysis of such data and for communication with the Client. ANO «CSP «PEOPLE IN» takes all necessary measures to protect the Client’s personal data from unauthorized access, distribution, modification, disclosure or destruction.
By agreeing to the User agreement on the Site, the Client consents to the processing of personal data both with and without automation tools, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, distribution (including transmission), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data provided by the Client in connection with the implementation of this Agreement, as well as other actions provided for by Federal law No. 152-FZ
ANO «CSP «PEOPLE IN» does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Client and does not control their relevance, but assumes that the Client provides reliable and sufficient personal data on the issues proposed in the Registration form, and maintains this information up to date. The client is fully responsible for the consequences of providing false or invalid personal data.
ANO «CSP «PEOPLE IN» has the right to use the User-provided information, including personal data, to ensure compliance with applicable legislation (including to prevent and/or suppress unlawful and/or illegal actions of the Client). Disclosure of the information provided by the Client can only be made in accordance with the applicable legislation at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies and in other cases provided by law.
